Meet Cheryl

Since launching her real estate career in 2000, Cheryl Keller has become a top-producing Realtor® who has earned the respect of her clients and peers alike and has even influenced the whole of California real estate. Before founding Brick Lane Real Estate, Cheryl had already amassed a host of awards, including Hall of Fame and customer service accolades at her previous brokerage and recognition as an Outstanding Life Member of the Masters Club. But more important to Cheryl than recognition are the trustful relationships she fosters with her clients. She facilitates every transaction with her passion for success and determination to improve every aspect of the real estate industry.

Born and raised in Sacramento, Cheryl has a broad knowledge of the city and surrounding areas. She’s equally versed in representing various clients: As a listing agent and adept marketer, she’s as self-assured in preparing move-up or move-down sellers as she is with those with more sensitive needs, such as clients newly divorced or in need of help with trust or probate sales. She steps in as soon as they decide to sell with a pre-listing to-do list that ensures they only make the necessary upgrades — her goal is to help them save money and maximize their profit. 

Cheryl also handles many buyer transactions and is well versed in the luxury home market. Her diverse expertise aside, Cheryl specializes in people, something that has earned her a clientele comprising approximately 90% referrals from her past clients. Her wisdom, customer focus, visionary thinking, and community-oriented nature have converged to drive her success to laudable heights.

Cheryl predated her real estate career as a manager for the Rocklin and Roseville Bel Air Market, where she supervised and trained over 100 employees and oversaw 20 other managers. This customer service-driven market received Dale Carnegie training and laid the groundwork for Cheryl’s mastery of client care. Her personal real estate experiences have further influenced her thoughtful approach, having bought and sold several of her own properties — including a custom-built home — and having purchased land. Cheryl has held or currently holds positions with an abundance of industry organizations, including the 2022 foundation president of the Placer County Association of Realtors®, board of directors for the Rocklin Chamber of Commerce, and the 2023 national treasurer for the Women’s Council of Realtors®.

Cheryl has lived in Placer County since 1989. Away from real estate, she loves vacationing in Tahoe, Sea Ranch, and Hawaii. At home, Cheryl enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her family, especially her three beautiful granddaughters.
